Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026

1. Who we are

FLO Web Agency (“FLO,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy, collected through flowebagency.co.uk.

2. What information we collect

When you request a free website preview:

Our intake form collects your name, business name, email address, phone number, existing website URL (if provided), and the type of website you need. This is sent directly to our team so we can prepare your preview and follow up with you.

When you become a client:

Following your preview, any scope, retainer quote, and billing arrangement is agreed and handled directly with you — we do not collect or store payment details through this website.

When you browse the site:

We use Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising and understand how visitors reach the site. See Section 5 for more on cookies and tracking.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Prepare your free website preview and follow up with you about it
  • Deliver and maintain the work agreed in your scope
  • Communicate with you about your engagement
  • Measure and improve our advertising and marketing

4. Who we share information with

We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate our Services, each of whom processes data on our behalf:

  • Resend — delivers your intake form details to our team by email
  • A CRM provider (where we use one) — organising and following up on enquiries
  • Vercel — website hosting
  • Google Ads & Meta — advertising and conversion tracking

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Cookies

This site uses Google Ads and Meta Pixel tracking to measure advertising performance. These may set cookies or use similar technologies in your browser. We do not use these to identify you personally beyond what is needed to measure ad performance.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as reasonably needed to deliver our Services or as required for our legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to certain legal exceptions
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at business@flowebagency.co.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled.

8. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

Some of our service providers (listed in Section 4) may process data outside the UK. Where this occurs, we rely on their own compliance with applicable data protection safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

10. Children

Our Services are intended for business use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients where appropriate.

12. Contact
